Your IVF consultation and care journey

Prepare for consultation, assessment, a written plan, treatment and follow-up, one stage at a time.

An appointment notebook

1. Initial enquiry

Share your main interests, previous treatment, departure city and preferred timing. Confirm the consultation channel, format, fee and information required for assessment.

2. Organise reports and history

Sort existing reports by date and summarise treatment, surgery, medication and allergies. Confirm a suitable submission channel; the receiving clinician decides which reports remain usable and what needs repeating.

3. Physician assessment

Discuss treatment choices, alternatives, risks and monitoring. Obtain an individual plan, examination requirements and a list of unresolved questions.

4. Written fees and travel

Confirm the care provider, payment recipient, included services, exclusions and cancellation terms. Book travel against the clinic’s appointment dates and review change policies.

5. Treatment at the clinic

Bring the documents requested by the clinic. The medical team manages diagnosis, medication, monitoring, retrieval, culture or transfer. Obtain the reports and follow-up instructions relevant to the treatment performed.

6. Return and follow-up

Keep your treatment summary, prescriptions, payment records and storage authorisations. Confirm review dates, communication channels, storage renewal and whom to contact if you need care.

Treatment length is not the same as length of stay

An IVF cycle is commonly described as approximately 3–6 weeks, depending on the protocol and stages included. This does not mean you must stay in Saipan throughout. Retrieval and frozen transfer may require separate arrangements.

Before booking flights

Keep four confirmations: your institution and clinician; monitoring, appointment and return dates; written fee and cancellation terms; and contact details during treatment and after returning home. Verify permitted immigration stay separately.

Information checked: 19 October 2026. Individual treatment, availability and fees require confirmation by the care provider.
