Base price and combined budget
The $15,000 base reference covers retrieval and culture. The default $26,100–31,100 combination adds medication, anaesthesia, ICSI, freezing and one frozen transfer; it does not cover every possible expense.

Request the currency, included procedures and number of services, additional items, payment recipient, payment stages and cancellation or postponement terms in writing.
Costs outside the calculator
Initial tests, transfer medication, transport, accommodation, extra cycles, complication management and unselected items are excluded. Donor and third-party services need separate scope and contracts.
